Terms I use in describing the quality of pieces listed in order from best to worst:
- Mint - like new
- Excellent - still shiny, hardly any playwear, no nicks
- Very Good - still some shine, light playwear, maybe a few minor nicks
- Good - hardly any shine, light/medium playwear, a few nicks
- Reasonable/Okay - no shine, medium playwear, more nicks
- Fair - no shine, significant playwear/scratches/nicks
- Poor - heavier playwear and/or many/bad scratches/nicks (I avoid using these wherever possible and will always mention these pieces separately in the description)
- Very Poor - heavy playwear/scratches/nicks/discolouration/warping (I avoid using these wherever possible and will always mention these pieces separately in the description)
These terms describe the general condition of pieces, but if there are any pieces that vary greatly, I will describe these separately. The older a set is the more playwear it is likely to have, though I will mention if I think it is better or worse than average. There is always some variation in colours of pieces due to being made in different factories or at different times, but if I think there is greater colour variation e.g. due to discolouration, I will mention this is in the description
I use the same terms for instructions, stickers and boxes
Please note that the grading of pieces, instructions, stickers and boxes is subjective and represents my view of their condition
